The inside of the store was a little bright, and you could take off your shoes before entering. A surprise dessert for a customer who came to celebrate his birthday that day? cake? It was wonderful to see the performance of I ordered the potato salad and it was so delicious that I forgot to take a photo afterwards. The miso was especially delicious, and it was a bit refreshing and not too bitter, so it was easy to eat 🎵 The motsu nabe was also very delicious and the risotto to finish it off was exquisite! I definitely want to go eat there again 🎵

This offal hot pot is available in two flavors: white miso and red miso. I made a reservation by phone at 7pm on a weekday. There were both counter and table seats, When I called around 6pm, only the counter seats were available, so if you're visiting with a large group, I think it's best to make a reservation by phone in advance. The clerk's response was also wonderful. The taste is the best~~~Ho! ! !

The food, atmosphere, and service were great◎☺️I came without a reservation, but it was a big hit and I was very satisfied with my dinner. I had the white miso motsu nabe, and the soup was so delicious that I wanted to bottle it up and take it home with me, and I ended up drinking way too much! Other than that, the grilled rock salt meat is also delicious😋The skin is crispy and the yuzu pepper seasoning is perfect. The chicken was melt-in-your-mouth, and I ate it easily. I wanted to visit you the next day, but it was full so I had no choice but to give up. Next time, I would like to try the red miso motsu nabe. It has become a store I always want to visit when I go to Nagoya!
