If you want to enjoy Hokkaido's delicious “crab” to the fullest, this is a recommended restaurant. What I received was the ``Four Big Crab Course,'' a luxurious course where you can enjoy four types of Hokkaido flavors: snow, king crab, hairy crab, and Hanasaki crab. Snow crab shabu-shabu is very sweet when you eat it raw, and the crab meat melts in your mouth. When soaked in hot water, the crab meat becomes firm and firm, and the fibers of the crab have a distinct texture. It will appear. “Hairy crab” is simply boiled in salt! We use hairy crabs that were freshly fried from the in-store fish tank, so they are extremely fresh. Others “Hanasaki Crab Teppojiru” was quite delicious, and the bowl was full of strong umami flavor overflowing from the crab. I have rarely had a soup so delicious in the past.

You ate a course meal. The service was very kind. Although the amount of food is not large, each course dish was delicious. Hairy crab can be ordered whole crab or ready to eat. Course meals must be reserved one day in advance. Meals should be taken for two hours. All parties must order from the same menu. I made a reservation for a private room, but the space was very spacious, but it was a little hot because there was no dedicated air conditioner.

I couldn't forget the taste of the hairy crab I ate about two years ago, so I came back to Hokkaido. I looked for it from the comments on Google Maps and chose this one. I visited and enjoyed everyone's comments. Due to the seasonal nature of the time, we were the only customers and the store was staffed by only the owner and the girl. After all, the hairy crab wasn't big, but it was delicious. There was also vinegar and soy sauce, but I was able to enjoy the salty taste as is and enjoy the sweetness of the hairy crab. In addition to the hairy crab, the sashimi of shrimp, tuna, flounder, and a white fish whose name I have forgotten was melt-in-your-mouth. Additionally, the corn soup, whelk shellfish salad, and sea urchin and sea urchin miso salad were all delicious. The grilled meat on a bedrock plate came with sea urchin on top, and the portion of the crab-cooked rice was small, so I was glad that even those of us with limited appetites were able to enjoy it. Even though the chef is young, I think he is a very good person, not only with his skill, but also with his thorough and easy-to-understand explanations of the dishes, as well as his personality. The woman who served us was kind and warm, and she had a solid knowledge of cooking, making it a very pleasant restaurant. I'm sure there will be more people there during busy times, but I pray that you can endure this difficult situation and prosper again. I would like to come back someday to try the hairy crab again.
