Great atmosphere a lot of natural light but not hot, very peaceful and quiet. Comfortable seating and beautiful decorations, in collaboration with snow peak camping gear so there’s a little camping theme going on here. Highlight of the restaurant for me was the salad spread and drinks. I had the vegan burger which was quite good especially the caramelised onion. My partner had the vegetarian gallete which tasted very fresh and healthy but could probably improve a little on taste. Overall great experience and friendly waitresses who could also speak a little bit of English.

Vegetarian and vegan options available. With the meal, it comes with unlimited salad bar, coffee and tea. Beautiful and spacious interior.

If I could rate this place 6 stars out of 5 on this app, I would. This is one of the most unique and nicest restaurants in Sapporo, even Japan. The building is located inside the hotel building, on the ground level. The atmosphere is really nice, It's like you are in an oasis in the middle of Antarctica. The food was delicious, I had a side menu, main dish and dessert as well. I also tried their self-serving salad and coffee. (I forgot to take a picture of the main dish, it was cod with white wine sauce). They mix the japanese and western foods really well. It was a really great experience. They have separate menus for breakfast and lunch. They close at 11am and open 11:30, so you have to watch out for that. The only problem I had was the price for it. I paid 3900yen, which is definitely on the pricey side for a lunch in Japan. Still, I think it was worth it and I recommend it!
