Apparently it can only be purchased chilled, and the meat was still tender and delicious. The first thing they use in the pot is pork back fat. I was able to hear various stories and had a lot of fun. I would like to thank the store manager for accommodating these conversations even though we received many calls for reservations.

2 minutes walk from Omori station east exit A shop that sells Icelandic rum with 1% domestic distribution. Made in Ireland, which is hard to find even in Tokyo. All-you-can-drink options and course meals are also recommended. Menu I ate this time ◇Ram tataki ◇Genghis Khan set (lamp, shoulder) vegetables ◇Shoulder roast ◇Lamb chops ◇Caciocavallo ◇Rum tongue ◇Mutton loin Genghis Khan ◇ Ramen to finish ◇Vegetable refill Honestly, all the menu items were very delicious. The meat has no smell at all, so I wonder if it's really lamb meat? That's what I think. The lamb chops are about 2cm thick and very filling. Grilled caciocavallo, Hanabatake Farm's cheese, is also super delicious. Excellent compatibility with melted cheese and red wine. I also recommend the lamb tongue as it has a chewy texture. Finish off with spicy ramen After eating and drinking so much, this drink was the best. The staff from Hokkaido talked to us about various things, and we had a great time eating, drinking, and chatting in a great atmosphere from beginning to end. There were a variety of course meals, including all-you-can-drink and all-you-can-eat options. If you want to eat lamb, Kokoshitsuji is a recommended restaurant.

I'm from Hokkaido, but I'm very reluctant to eat sheep at restaurants, and I don't really like it unless it's marinated in sauce. The meat here is not marinated in sauce and has no odor, which surprised me. The customer service was a course with a comfortable distance, but all the meat was delicious, and the last meat pickled in sauce smelled a little. I guess they're buying really good meat. Tan was a little annoying... The sour was too rich and not good. Next time I'm going to try to stick to beer. Repeat required.
