It was my first time to eat Genghis Khan in Akabane, and it was the best overall in terms of atmosphere, taste, and price. The main meat was tender, flavorless and delicious. If you overcook it, it will become dry, so I personally found that it was just right to bake it lightly. The sauce is light. As the fat gradually spreads, this light sauce is just right. The vegetables also contain a lot of the flavor of the meat and are grilled aromatically, so you can eat more and more. I came here when I took shelter from Akabane Silk Road due to a sudden heavy rain. I'm not a big fan of Genghis Khan, but it didn't have any smell and was delicious. The store looks like a yakiniku restaurant from the Showa era.
