I visited Daruma-ya's Shimoishida store, which has its main store in Marunouchi, Kofu City. Although it is small, you can enjoy Genghis Khan in a stylish and clean restaurant. A pleasant clerk served me while explaining the parts of meat. Depending on the part, there are some peculiarities, but there were many parts I had never eaten before, and the taste changed my impression of Genghis Khan. I hope to visit again in the near future.

One of the few restaurants in Yamanashi where you can eat delicious rum. Stew is delicious. It was also in Yukgaejang soup.
