I've been here many times and it's always delicious. If you want to eat delicious lamb straight from Hokkaido in Utsunomiya, try Jinsuke!! Eating the thick bean sprouts simmered in the umami soup of the sheep is also the best! You can refill the bean sprouts as much as you like, so you can use your chopsticks endlessly. To end the meal, I personally recommend, again in Hokkaido style, just ordering the ``kaedama'' for the tsukemen on the menu, adding it to the Genghis Khan hotpot soup that is also packed with the flavor of the lamb, and then adding the Genghis Khan sauce. The lamb-flavored tsukemen ramen that is simmered with ramen is the best.
