One of the nicest butadon outside of Hokkaido! We have been searching for butadon outside of Hokkaido but it seems that this dish is not that popular. Finally found this place and we have no regrets. It taste similar to Hokkaido’s butadon but less charred. Wished it was more charred though. The sauce was so good with the rice. Downside is the the place smells awful, I was choking due to the smoke.

I ordered Tokachi pork bowl and seafood parent and child rice bowl. The pork is very tender, fatty and delicious. The sweet sauce goes well with the fragrant grilling. Harasu and salmon roe were also delicious, with just the right amount of seasoning and not too salty. I'm very satisfied.

I used it for an early dinner while shopping. I was on time, so I put it in right away. The limited-time "Zeitaku Ikura Seafood Jewel Bowl" is full of salmon roe, which is a delight for the eyes and mouth. The Tokachi pork heavy set meal was very delicious, with the meat that was densely spread on the weight, which was really soft and juicy, and the charcoal-grilled scent was fragrant. I really liked the sweet sauce. The rice is Nanatsuboshi from Hokkaido. I had it for the first time, but the impression of a relatively light taste. I felt a good compatibility with the well-seasoned pork. Both the udon set and the chewy flat noodles were refreshing and delicious.
