More Comments at Google MapA restaurant famous for Ankake Yakisoba in Ueda City. Wontons are super delicious. The bean paste is as big as a meatball and is very satisfying. It's a popular menu item, and the menu changes within a few minutes of opening, so you'll be lucky if you can get it. We definitely recommend the fried noodles and half wonton set. Due to the influence of the coronavirus, there were only about 15 seats inside. It was very delicious.
I had yakisoba here before for takeout, but it's best to eat it immediately after it's freshly made. This time I received a set (regular yakisoba and wonton) for 1080 yen. The crispness of the thin yakisoba noodles and the subtle softness go well with the red bean paste, leaving your mouth full of happiness. Vinegar mixed with mustard goes well too. There are plenty of wontons and I'm very satisfied. Thank you for the meal.
It is a shop run by about three grandpas and grandmas. Ueda's B-class gourmet ankake yakisoba restaurant. I went there based on Google's business hours. I think it was about 30 minutes before closing. It wasn't full, but it was a little crowded. In addition to ankake yakisoba, there is also a wonton soup set. Mustard vinegar comes out together and you can eat it with your preference. The smell of this mustard vinegar fills the shop, so it might be tough for people who don't like vinegar. There is also takeout, and it seems that if you call, they will make it for you. The noodles are crunchy and stiff. It's the deliciousness of the feeling. I want to go again 🤤
