Hidden gem of a soba noodle shop. Very delicate noodle texture accompanied with light yet well balance dashi sauce.

Very good place to have Japanese traditional Soba noodles with local foods.

Ordered yam tempura and yam tempura, limited to 20 servings. The chewy soba noodles and tororo are also delicious. The tempura is also seasonal and crispy. The pickled vegetables served were my first taste of the soft texture of Nozawana greens. Both the Chinese cabbage and pumpkin have a gentle flavor and are very delicious and satisfying.
