More Comments at Google MapI've been eating it for a long time, but the taste makes me want to eat it regularly. Yakisoba at Nissho-tei is really the best. I really like the unique texture of the noodles. I like the wonton soup small and yakisoba set. I love yakisoba anyway, so yakisoba alone is fine, but somehow I end up ordering a set. If you come to Ueda, it is a taste you should definitely try.
When I visited the store, there were many people waiting in the store as it was the Obon holiday and lunch time. Some people describe it as ``Ueda City's soul food,'' so we suspect that many of them were on their way home. I wanted to take a walk around the neighborhood, so I just wrote down my name. I finally got into the store after an hour and a half, and there was quite a line. The interior of the restaurant, which has a counter and tables, has an unadorned, urban Chinese atmosphere. The menu consists of 4 types of noodles including the famous ``Yakisoba'', wontons, 3 types of rice dishes, and drinks. We also offer value set menus that combine these items. In conclusion, this is my favorite store. First of all, the famous ``Yakisoba'' is my favorite flavor and delicious. This is the first type of ``kata yakisoba'' noodles I've ever eaten, and although they're probably not fried, they have a crispy texture and a unique aroma that makes them addictive. These noodles are mellow and go perfectly with the sweet bean paste filled with vegetables. When eaten together, the aromatic flavor of the noodles adds a punch to the bean paste, creating a simple, yet brand new, exquisite taste. If you eat it with mustard or vinegar on the table halfway through, the nuances will change and the flavor will be deeper. I see, it's easy to see why there is a line. was delicious. If you ask the owner of this shop, he will tell you that it has a history of over 60 years. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the roots of this restaurant's flavor date back to the Taisho era, over 90 years ago. At a time when oil was at a premium, they thought about how to make the noodles delicious, and as a result, perhaps they devised ways to dry them. I move forward with my chopsticks while guessing. (Sorry if I fried it in normal oil lol) A famous restaurant serving "Ankake Yakisoba" that has been loved for a long time in Ueda City. There is a reason why it has been loved for a long time. It was delicious and I really liked it. If you happen to be in the area again, please let us know.
