Kitakata, Fukushima, Japan｜わんわん

A little-known spot that is vacant while other ramen shops in the area are lined up. Personally, this is my favorite ramen shop in Kitakata. Kitakata is famous for its soy sauce ramen, but I always order miso ramen at this restaurant. The Kitakata-style noodles and the thick and rich miso soup create an exquisite harmony, and it's really delicious. The shop owner is also friendly and interesting, and it is a relaxing space. However, since the restroom is outside the store, it gives the impression that it is somewhat unsanitary, which may be a concern for some people. However, as for the taste, it is definitely recommended, so please visit once.
