I used it for my friend's birthday! Every dish was devised and delicious, and we had a happy time. I was impressed by the service spirit of the part-timers, including the humorous store owner. The inside of the store was very lively, and it was such a great store that gave me energy. I'm glad I met Uohan ^ _ ^ I will definitely come again! !

It was our first long-awaited trip to Hiroshima Prefecture as a couple, and since we weren't on a tour, we had researched the food, but for dinner we went to Uohan-san, which was recommended to us by the hotel staff we were staying at. As I had hoped, I was able to relax and enjoy delicious seafood while drinking alcohol. The seafood was very fresh and the quantity of each item was very good for us. I was just as impressed by the restaurant's atmosphere, presentation, and above all, the service of the staff as I was by the food. The next day, I mentioned the shop to a sister I happened to meet in Miyajima, and she said she would love to visit. I fell in love with Hiroshima because of these wonderful encounters and food. I will definitely visit Hiroshima again and go to Uohansan.

It seemed like a popular restaurant, so I made a reservation. It was interesting that right after I ordered my drink, they presented me with today's recommended fish. I think it will be fun for fish lovers. There were many brands of sake, mainly from Hiroshima, and there were many interesting dishes on the menu. I felt like I would drink too much if I took all of it, so I finished it in moderation and took it out. I arrived right after it opened, and by the time I left, it was almost full.
