I used to frequent Echigoya in Akihabara, and I was very happy that they opened a store in Musashikosugi as well. There aren't many places where you can eat fish set meals, but this place is a place where you can enjoy a variety of grilled dishes, including seasonal fish, in the form of set meals, so I'm personally very grateful. However, I wish the staff at the hall had been more timely in their response (for example, when I tried to place an order, it was overlooked many times). It would also be nice if the ventilation was a little better. Most recently, I had a delicious Menuke Kasuzuke set meal that was only available for a limited time (photo). P.S: This is a restaurant that I would like to visit in Musashikosugi. It's very popular. Even on a Monday night, I could barely fit in by myself. It was delicious and I finished it all. (Culture-dried mackerel) I feel like the speed of delivery has also increased.
It was a big hit, the rice was delicious, and I couldn't imitate the charcoal-grilled food at home, so I had no choice but to go to the store. Since there were two of us visiting, we decided to order both meat and fish to share. You can also add mentaiko, raw egg, etc. as toppings. Furthermore, it is not possible to eat dried fish or meat processed using special methods (I think). Otherwise, it wouldn't be possible to have a culturally dried mackerel set meal at that price. It makes sense if you think of it as a restaurant that grills ordinary commercially available dried fish over charcoal, or serves, for example, freshly grilled barbecue. We also serve alcohol, so you can enjoy sake or shochu with your exquisite dried fish. There are counter seats near the grill area, so you can come alone. In fact, there was a young woman who wandered in alone during lunch and sat at the counter. I wonder if my eldest son will bring along such a refreshing girl (as an aside).
