A restaurant with a 4-star offering of fresh fish, fresh meat, drinks, and desserts. There is a daily menu (today's specials) I feel that they are also putting effort into purchasing. Overall balance is very good. Drinks are also reasonably priced, except for rare sake. Even though there is a menu that requires you to put on the stove and cook it yourself. The table and acrylic board are very clean and well-maintained. The presentation is careful and the food looks appetizing. Personally, I like the fact that the shop owner seems to like One Piece, or that he seems to value humanity and his friends. On my first visit, I ordered 2 servings of sashimi, but it came in the amount of 4 servings, and I was charged 5K. I was surprised, but other than that it was perfect. Among the izakaya genres along the Ome Line, this is a yokozuna class.

I chose the omakase course. It was 5,000 yen with all-you-can-drink, but the food was delicious and I was very satisfied. Cospa is insanely good. The boiled eggplant was boiled after grilling, and the scent was good. Something like egg yolk pickled in soy sauce was chicken kumquat. The bruschetta also had basil in it. The sea bream carpaccio had a good blue color, and the roast pork was delicious with the wolfberry accents. Every dish was devised, and it was a gastronomic dish that lives up to its name. One point, complaint is the customer service. Even though the food is elaborate, they just leave it without any explanation. I can't say that the customer service attitude is amiable. I feel like I'm a kitchen staff and a hall, but I'm a craftsman, so it's okay to be blunt!? Even with this minus, it is 5 stars for cooking and cospa. I will be using this again.

I went with my family for my birthday. Meat, fish, whatever you eat, it's delicious! None of the dishes have been cut short! We are very particular about our purchasing, so you can enjoy the best seasonal ingredients. Even the daily pasta and ramen are not at the level of something you would expect to find at an izakaya, but they are carefully prepared and have an outstanding sense of seasoning and combining ingredients! However, it is not a smoking area, so next time I would like to go at a time when there are fewer customers. Anyway, being able to finally find a gourmet restaurant in my neighborhood that I was satisfied with was the best birthday present ever! ! P.S.: After opening as a new store in August 2020, smoking is no longer allowed inside the store. (Smoking area available)
