This is a restaurant where you can eat precious fish in this area. Built on the site of a former super-cheap bento store, you might think that the main focus is on bento, but you can eat inside the small shop. The store is small but clean and the smoke is perfect. There is no smoke from charcoal fire. The menu is basically grilled fish and pheasant yakitori. It seems that the limited menu of the day changes daily. I had the salmon kamayaki. The rice comes with miso soup and a small bowl of pickled vegetables. What surprised me the most was the salmon. There is no fishy smell because it is charcoal-grilled. Crispy skin is rather fragrant I even ate the skin for the first time. With grated daikon radish with sprouts Special soy sauce is also delicious. The ingredients and grilling method may be amazing, but when I want to eat fish, I go there first. The price was also reasonable in the 900 yen range. It's a small store, so the serving and lowering is self-service. Especially after you finish eating, you will forget it, so be careful.

Aged mackerel is delicious! I highly recommend it as they are particular about seasonings! The staff at the store are very friendly and I always use them (^^)

I received a take-home lunch box of coho salmon. I don't like the skin of fish, but I heard that it's delicious to eat with the skin on, so I ate it as is, and it was really delicious with the flavor that only charcoal grilling can provide. It was great that it also came with lemon and grated radish. If it tastes this good when I take it home, I would like to try it freshly made at the store next time.
