Great service and a lively atmosphere. There is a huge variety of food and drink. Though I did not get to try everything I wanted to, what I did try was amazing.

First visit on 20231019. It was my first time visiting Akabane, so I wasn't sure where to go. This restaurant had several skilled craftsmen working in the central kitchen, giving it a lively feel. The courteous customer service also gives me a sense of security. The atmosphere is good and the food is delicious. Personally, it's the right store. I ordered some recommended dishes, but I would like to come back and try other dishes that caught my eye... The grilled pork feet marinated in shichimi soy sauce and pork tongue stew in demi-glace Hatcho miso are especially recommended. The yakiton and sashimi were delicious, and the beer went well. Looking at other people's posts, I regret not eating the liver sashimi.

This is the second Uotomo store nearby, and while the main store mainly serves fish, this one mainly serves meat dishes. The low-temperature cooked liver sashimi, heart sashimi, and tongue sashimi platter is elaborate and beautiful even in its presentation*｡･+(人*´∀`)+･｡* The grilled harami and tataki sashimi are both extremely delicious and both are very cheap! Amazing price★★★ The skewers are also delicious! Tanshita plum ♪ The crunchy (hatsumoto) is also the best.:+((*´艸`))+:｡The spicy miso is also the best! It's so delicious and cheap that I'm so surprised that I'm losing my vocabulary (lol) The giblets have an unimaginable amount of ingredients and are excellent as a side dish! ! Pork tanshita prepared with demi-glace Hatcho miso is truly tongue stew (＊ﾟ∀ﾟ)=3★Exquisite★ It's so good (*ﾟДﾟ) 八(*ﾟДﾟ*) 八(ﾟДﾟ*) Noeh! Even the fries were absolutely delicious. This store is amazing! My repertoire of words is not enough to express it. It's been a long time since I've been to such an amazing restaurant, and this is a famous restaurant that you should definitely visit when you come to Akabane ★★★
