I ate on the 2nd floor, and it was a nice private room built like a karaoke box. There are always staff on the second floor, so they will come right away. It was refreshing to be the type to order by phone, but I felt that the interaction was a little subtle. I think it depends on the situation, but I think the food came out relatively quickly.
