When you get off the station's south exit and walk toward National Route 16, you'll see a signboard that says "GOHAN" in Roman letters! The restaurant with that sign is GOHAN, the restaurant where we will have dinner today! I have passed by this store before and have always looked inside! The faces of the customers eating dinner inside the restaurant are bright! No, did I say he was eating with a delicious smile on his face? ! Caught by the smiling faces of the customers, I timidly entered the restaurant wondering, ``What kind of delicious food would they serve?'' The atmosphere was completely different! The lighting at the table on the right side is dimly lit, creating a calm and attractive space that makes you feel like you're in a chic, stylish bar! The table seats on the left near the kitchen have a clean and bright atmosphere with a homely atmosphere! This time, I sat down with my companion at the table on the left and looked at the menu! All of the dishes on the menu are prepared with a lot of effort and are warm, delighting the eyes of the customers as they choose them and raising their expectations! What particularly caught my eye was the ``Ginger Yaki'' that goes well with rice! I immediately ordered a large ginger grilled and rice set from the female clerk! As the restaurant entered its prime mealtime and became more lively, the first thing that came to the table was the pickles that came with the rice set! There are two types of pickles: lightly pickled cabbage and cherry blossom daikon radish, which are juicy and chewy and will make your chopsticks go faster! The back of the kitchen becomes lively, and the sound of frying stirs up your appetite! When the sound stopped, the best friend of rice, ``Ginger Yaki'', miso soup, and a large serving of white rice was served, and we quickly prepared for battle! The scent of ginger grilled food invites you to eat me quickly, and you let the force of the ginger bite take over your rice with chopsticks! The ginger-yaki is delicious with a slightly strong seasoning that goes well with the rice! Eat rice with grilled ginger, and eat salad with grilled ginger! Super delicious! I groaned as I ate the ginger grilled rice with mayonnaise! It's really delicious! It's so delicious that you can't help but laugh, and a large serving of white rice will make you feel unreliable! The conductor was at a climax with the joy of being able to encounter delicious ginger-yaki for the first time in a long time! Today's dinner comes to an end as I finish eating the rice and ginger grilled rice until it comes out clean! After paying, the owner comes out of the kitchen, says "Thank you," and leaves the store! Anyway, the atmosphere of the restaurant, the food, and the staff's response were all good! What particularly impressed me was the store owner's and staff's caring attitude! They always take care of each and every customer with great care and attention! Everything was hearty and refreshing, and I enjoyed a great dinner! Thank you so much! They always take good care of us and the food is delicious! I think this is one of the few famous restaurants in Hashimoto that I can recommend! I headed home feeling happy that I had come across a famous restaurant that I would want to stop by again in the near future! It was my first time going to this restaurant, but it just so happened that it was Ladies Day or something, so all-you-can-drink was half price 😊 The food was very delicious, the atmosphere of the restaurant and the staff were pleasant, and there were quite a few customers even though it was a weekday. It's a very close place, so I'd like to go there for lunch next time!

The only 00 curry was a soup curry, but it was not spicy, but spicy with a rich aroma of spices.
