Nowadays, there are more and more chain sushi restaurants, but a sushi restaurant like this run by a full-fledged chef makes you feel at ease and calm. Of course the story is also good. The sashimi, sushi, grilled fish, and salad looked and tasted great. I happened to see the sign at the entrance of the building and entered. We had a shared salad, sashimi platter, boiled conger eel and rolls with sake. The size and quality of the ingredients were good for the price, and it was so delicious that I was surprised to stop my chopsticks. I had Japanese sake cold, but it was delicious. Although the label is familiar, it has a rich aroma and texture, and I thought that it was very good at preserving. The store was bright and clean, and the owner and his wife welcomed me softly. Because it's in the basement, the reception of mobile phones is poor, but it's a calm restaurant where you can sometimes spend time relaxing and focusing on your meal without worrying about your smartphone. Thank you for the meal. If I dare to recommend anything other than fish and sake, it's plum shiso rolls. It's not too salty or too sour, and if you eat it after fish, your mouth will feel refreshed and you'll want to drink more.

A sushi restaurant located underground, just a short walk from Yokohama Station. We drank a lot of sake, ate our fill of appetizers and sushi, and the total cost was just over 10,000 yen per person! I don't usually like tuna so I rarely eat it, but this one was exceptional. Also, the sea urchin was delicious! But the most delicious one was definitely Aoyagi! It was so delicious that even though I was full, I had to ask for a second helping. It was fun to talk to them, and they enjoyed themselves as they came for the first time. Everything I ate and drank was delicious, so if I have a chance to go to Yokohama, I would like to stop by again.
