I visited on a weekday night with someone who had invited me before. The store is full of repeaters and regular customers after 19:00. Full of fish dishes that you can't eat at this price in Tokyo. We also have a variety of sake that goes well with our dishes. Honestly, it was the number 1 fish dish this year. It's the first time I've eaten such a huge rock oyster in summer. It was simply seasoned with ponzu sauce. I was able to enjoy the real pleasure of oysters. The freshness of sea bream and amberjack sashimi. The fragrance of natural sweetfish, without the bitterness of freshwater fish, and the elegant and delicate taste really struck a chord with me. The edamame also has a rich taste, and the salted potatoes match the ingredients, making it an accent between the fish just like the edamame. Alcohol goes on. When I requested a new grilled fish, I was recommended grilled rockfish. Growing up in a town on the Seto Inland Sea, I imagined rockfish as a delicious fish to be boiled, but I was surprised to find it so delicious grilled. The owner seems to have his own purchasing route, and his experience of running a restaurant in a famous spot in Tokyo is fully demonstrated in this inland city, Omiya. I want to come for lunch, I will repeat again.
