Fujikawaguchiko, Yamanashi, Japan｜笹舟

A small cozy place run by a cute elderly couple. The food was amazing and even better than some big restaurants. Be patient to be served as there are only the two of them (and their puppy). But it was worth the wait.

Famtastic family place.. even if I speak like 5 words in Japanese I felt fully welcomed and enjoyed the super good food and so cosy atmosphere.. funny when the wife had to realize I could point at the Japanese/English menu but I could not write the order in Japanese.. but she did with a smile.. so lucky to end up here last night in Fujikawaguchiko..

This is small, old, traditional style which might not impress you enough. However, you must visit the most friendly chef, eat his food and try the warm of this old school cuisine. Itadakimasu 🥰
