Yo-san, a charcoal-grilled restaurant with an image similar to those found in Osaka's bar districts such as Ohatsu Tenjin, Ura-Namba, and Tenma. The company name seems to be Sumiyaki Shotenyo Co., Ltd.😃 This place is open until late at night and is delicious! It's an authentic izakaya with creative cuisine, and the menu changes depending on the season, making it an easy-to-use restaurant. Although it's now closed, I used to go to the Amza store often. I personally like the fact that they use Yamato chicken, which I personally think is the most delicious Kansai chicken, and that they grill it over charcoal. Amza store and Ura-Namba store are often out of stock, so in the evening, there are almost no menus that I want to eat, but Ohatsu Tenjin's Yo-san is out of stock very often and I am extremely satisfied 🤟 The duck and camembert one was delicious, but personally, I liked the charcoal-grilled Shimonita green onion and assorted fruit tomatoes.
