I was able to relax in a spacious private room. I thought that the food was delicious and I would like to go again.

It used to be a different location, but I went there for the first time after it moved to a hotel. The atmosphere has become a little more urban-like, a change from the previous image of pure Japanese style, but I was happy that the bright and pleasant staff had not changed. Even though the coronavirus has eased, there are still concerns, but you can feel safe knowing that most of the rooms are private. The lotus root-based dishes and other dishes were also very delicious, and I was impressed with each and every dish. Also, I'm not talking directly about cooking, but the chopsticks are disposable, but unlike regular chopsticks, they have a luxurious feel and are easy to hold and use. This made it easier to eat and even more delicious. This is the first time I've seen a shop that is so particular about disposable chopsticks, and I was impressed by the shop's attention to detail. Also, I ordered a dessert after my meal, but I was surprised that the dessert that was actually brought to me was more luxurious than the one on the menu. It was usually smaller or less than the photo, but I didn't know it was the other way around! It was a pleasant surprise. It's a great restaurant for drinking parties, but I thought it was also a restaurant where you could take your time and enjoy the food.

Japanese-style izakaya, right next to the hotel, has private box-style compartments, so you don’t have to worry too much about social distance. Ordering is done on a tablet, and Hitachi beef and lotus root dishes are the signature dishes. The price of 150 grams of beef is 2,750 yen (tax included), which is not cheap, but the texture is tender and melt-in-your-mouth, making it worth the price. The lotus root pork was also cooked well; a bowl of salmon chazuke rice was the perfect ending after finishing the heavy-flavored dishes. The price range is on the mid-to-high side, with the average price of a meal costing more than 4,000 yen per person, but it is very filling and is a good choice for weekend get-togethers.
