The giblets in the hot pot are plump, chewy and melt-in-your-mouth. We make 2 servings for the 3 of us, and we get 2 servings each, so a little less is better. I don't think so. I'm not sure whether to finish with rice porridge or champon noodles, but I recommend making champon noodles with an extra egg, turn off the heat, and swirl it around to make carbonara-style champon.
