Okayama, Japan｜Motsunabe Ooyama

This was my first time having motsunabe and it was fantastic. I normally don’t eat offal meats, but I gave it a shot and now I’m craving it as we speak. Most reviews recommend the miso, but we actually got the shoyu for a lighter broth experience. The champon noodles to end the meal were excellent as well. They also carry some great shochus including the 3 M’s: Mori Izo, Murao, and Mao. If you’re a shochu drinker or even shochu curious, I’d highly recommend trying one of them, or all of them?
