By the way, Sozuri Nabe is a local dish that has been popular in Tsuyama City for a long time and is made using meat shaved from beef bones. Therefore, the beef is locally sourced. Fresh sozuri meat is added to the sweet and spicy warishita based on soy sauce and simmered with vegetables and tofu. Although the color of the soup is dark, it is surprisingly light and the simmering meat melts on your tongue, giving you a lingering flavor. It's almost addictive. Finish off with rice porridge or noodles. The sashimi and other dishes were also delicious. I think the atmosphere of the store and the staff's response were good.
