It is rare to be able to eat such a fluffy offal in Nagoya. I really like the flavor of the garlic in the miso flavor.

A friend from Kyushu recommended this place as it was delicious, so I decided to try it. Although it was a weekday night, there were quite a few people inside. The tender offal and white miso went well together and it was really delicious. I had heard beforehand that garlic was amazing, and as someone who loves garlic, I was very happy! After ordering, the hot pot will be brought to you ready, so you can eat it right away. There were several types of noodles to finish off the meal, but I chose rice. I would definitely like to use it again!

Better than Fukuoka Motsunabe Local restaurants are different🤣 It’s 3-4 times bigger than Fukuoka.
