Gifu, Japan｜Binchokitchoyashimaten

OMG I love this place. It's so great. it's a yakitori restaurant, so they have lots of skewered chicken options. I recommend the chicken skin (かわ) and chicken butt (ぼんじり). There's probably a better translation than that but that's just what my friends and I called it. My favorite dessert there is called いもっこ (imokko) and it's warm mashed sweet potato served with cold ice cream, all with a caramel drizzle over top. It sounds odd but it's so delicious. Really cool atmosphere. Staff are really nice and spirited. They accommodate large and small groups.

In a sense, what we seek in eating out is also “extraordinary”. The spices on the table are those found in ordinary households. This surprises me. Despite being a yakitori restaurant, is it a problem to serve yakitori that is overcooked and not juicy, or is it my fault that I want this restaurant (chain restaurant) for that? I ordered all the skewers with "salt", but there is no salt as if I forgot to add salt. The standard "table salt" in many homes supplements that "salt". The salt of sodium chloride gives you a feeling of fatigue with no sweetness at all. At the very least, my dream of asking for salt and spices in a separate container is fleeting.

I got it as takeout. It's good value and delicious. The customer service was polite and I felt comfortable waiting.
