I was looking for a place to eat late at night at Nagaoka Station, and there was only one light on in Tonomachi, so I looked in and saw that it was open until about 1 o'clock, so I popped in. Since this is a motsu nabe restaurant, I naturally ordered the motsu nabe, but since I heard that Imari beef can be eaten as sashimi, I also ordered the tongue sashimi. First, we toasted with beer and then had appetizers. There are 3 types, all of which have great visuals and taste. Next was Imari beef tongue sashimi and pepper chicken tataki. This is also delicious. . The tongue sashimi is sweet, soft, and has great flavor. Performance for the price. And the long-awaited motsu nabe. Authentic Hakata motsu nabe. The offal is plump and delicious. I had a soy sauce soup, but it was sweet and tasted good, so I thought I could drink it. Be patient and finish with Champon. This is also delicious. After all, the motsu nabe is complete. If you want motsu nabe in Nagaoka, we recommend it.

The salt offal hot pot was very delicious. The Rinka salad looked beautiful and I was hooked on the crispness of the spring roll skin. It was a menu that goes well with alcohol! Recommended 🥃
