Since last year, when I go to Kusatsu Onsen, I regularly come here at night. The owner looks scary at first glance, but you can talk to him. Yubatake hot pot and Joshu beef steak are recommended. Yubatake hot pot is delicious even in summer. Japanese sake is also the main local sake, and I conquered all of them. In addition, I will visit Kusatsu Onsen regularly from March, so I will take care of you at night.
