Utsunomiya, Tochigi, Japan｜ダイニング十五家

It was very delicious. (I think the batter on the tempura should be a little thinner.) We had a great view of Utsunomiya city and had a pleasant meal.

It is located on the 15th floor of Tochigi Prefectural Office. I went during lunch time. I was able to drink alcohol too. The 15th floor is the observation lobby, so I highly recommend it.

Missed you at lunch. There are observation decks on the north and south sides, and the scenery is wonderful. The price is around 1,500 yen, but it is very delicious and the volume is enough. Comes with dessert and coffee. When it's sunny, you can see Mt. Fuji, so it's definitely recommended.
