The yuba soba here was very unique and delicious. The soba had 3 different types of yuba (tofu skin), each with its own texture. I would have the yuba one at a time and not mix them up so that I could enjoy the texture more. I would also suggest slurping the broth straight out of the bowl after you finish all the noodle. It's satisfying doing so :D

The soba here is so good! I had the Yuba soba and wow the yuba, dashi, and especially noodles were so good! Definitely come as soon as it opens if you can because it gets very busy and you’ll have to wait

Really good food and an English menu. Lost prices too! Basically choose soba or udon noodles, a broth and the meat and you're good to go. Yummy, and on a chilly afternoon it totally warmed us up.
