Nikko, Tochigi, Japan｜Kappa

The restaurant gets really crowded on weekends but there’s a free parking lot in front of the restaurant so you can wait in your car, 711 is also next to the restaurant so you can park the car there as well. The restaurant has 2 kinds of soba, the one is from Hokkaido, white soba. the other one is from Tochigi, black? Gray soba. I do prefer both ;) the operation is well organized so they serve the food really fast.

On my way back from the hot springs, I stopped by at the appropriate time. I've been eating all over the place, but I found the best restaurant. This time we had soba noodles from Tochigi and Hokkaido. It has the best texture. 👍

I got in just before it got crowded. It's hard to get into the parking lot, but there are a lot of cars. You can see the soba noodles up close! You can choose from two types of soba. Inaka soba was delicious!
