I ate a large serving of sauce yakisoba inside the restaurant and had a large serving of salted yakisoba grilled to go, and both were delicious. The portions are good and the food is delicious, so I think this is a restaurant with good value for money. The owner talked to me the entire time until the food was baked, so I didn't get bored. This is a store I would like to visit again if I have the chance.

I had yakisoba (small) and omelet soba (small). It's small and a little more than normal. It had been about 40 years since I had been there, so I had a great time talking about old times with the lady at the shop. It was around noon on a weekday, but the crowds had calmed down and the place was empty. We had a great time listening to stories about Omouma and the students at Yaita Chuo from the aunties. The sauce has an orthodox and sharp taste. The salt is light and full of flavor. Both were thin noodles that were comfortable to rub, and you could feel the careful cooking.
