Okazaki, Aichi, Japan｜Tsugai

I searched for something to eat before an evening meeting in Okazaki City, and found this restaurant.The menu in the photo looked delicious, so I decided to visit. The interior of the store has a beautiful Japanese-style modern atmosphere with soothing music playing. I got a little lost in front of the ticket vending machine and chose the ``Bonito and kelp water soy sauce dipping soba and rice ball set (top)'' so as not to interfere with my work later. The soup stock is made from Hokkaido-produced Gagome kelp and Tosashimizu's Muneta-bushi, and the noodles are made exclusively for the restaurant with smooth, medium-thin noodles made from whole grain flour. This is delicious... The rice balls are also delicious, with the fluffy Koshihikari rice from Aichi Prefecture and the ingredients (salmon sujiko parent and child) going perfectly together. It's a restaurant that makes you want to try another menu ♡

It was a refreshing seafood soup. It is located in front of Higashi Okazaki Station, making it easy to access. Fluffy rice balls tend to fall apart, which may be a point of contention. However, both the ramen and the rice balls were delicious, and I could even finish the ramen soup. When ordering, they ask you what you don't like, and they leave out what you don't like from the beginning.I was surprised by the service, which I don't often see at other restaurants. They also have mouthwash in the restroom, which I think is a very considerate store. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was good and I was able to eat in a relaxed manner.

This ramen shop is located right next to the north exit of Higashi-Okazaki Station. This is a new store that opened in May 2023. This time, I ordered "Tanrei Chinese Soba" (880 yen including tax). The soy sauce soup had a lot of flavor and went well with the textured noodles! There were other menu items that I was interested in, so I would like to go again.
