I came in to eat a little early lunch. I had miso stew udon that wasn't available at Kurama in the city I live in, so I ordered one with tempura and rice. I feel it's unusual to check whether it's hard or soft at that time. I'm glad it's tailored to your tastes. The staff takes care of serving and preparing the food, so you don't have to go and pick it up, so it feels just like a regular udon restaurant. The taste is standard miso stew, and it's not a taste that will divide your taste. There are plenty of seats, so you can usually sit there except on holidays.

The huge gohei mochi, huge rice balls, and udon noodles are also delicious. I will use it again.
