I ate the fluffy Ise udon, which seems to be the opposite of Sanuki udon, for the first time in a long time, but it is still very delicious. The sweetness of soy sauce is just right. My daughter who ate it for the first time was also impressed. I want to eat as many times as I want. For those who can only accept the formula that delicious udon = chewy and hard udon, udon doesn't know how delicious it is. How about you? ?

It was my first time trying Ise udon, but the udon itself was soft and had a good texture. The tatami room in the back is relaxing and has a nice atmosphere. You can see a nice view from the window and the atmosphere is nice 👌

When you go to visit Ise, you will definitely stop by this Ise udon restaurant. For some reason, the signboard says "Ryokan". It is located in the middle of the main street of Okage Yokocho. There are table seats and tatami mats inside. During the busy season, the tatami room in the back is also open to the public. Ise udon is characterized by its lack of waist and soft texture, and when I first tried it, I was indignant and thought it was impossible, but as I got used to eating it, it became an indispensable dish when visiting Ise. Ise Udon has only two simple menu items. Tsukimi with raw egg on top or not. It's pure, isn't it? There are so many other things I want to eat, so I'm really happy that Ise udon is as simple as this.
