There is a shop called ``Onigiri no Sankakuyama'' in the Ogikubo Minamiguchi Nakadori shopping street. I go to this restaurant almost every weekday afternoon, and it has become an essential part of my life. Here you can see rice balls and bento boxes for takeout lined up in the showcase. It's a little hard to notice, but there is a door at the back left of the case, and you can also enjoy set meals inside the store. There are only counter seats inside, and only 10 people can fit inside, so it's often full. There are 8 types of set meals, including fried horse mackerel, chicken nanban, ginger pork loin, and salt-grilled mackerel. The set includes 2 onigiri (side dishes), 3 types of small bowls, miso soup, and sweets. The rice balls include plum, rice cake, kelp tsukudani, green onion miso, salmon, grilled cod roe, and karashi mentaiko. There are so many combinations of side dishes and rice balls in the set meal that it's always fun to be confused. The freshly made rice balls are exceptionally delicious, and the miso soup is rich in the flavor of the vegetables. It's great to be able to enjoy a healthy, home-style set meal for just 980 yen. I would like to express my gratitude to all the female staff members who always treat me kindly. I would like to continue coming here to have a nice lunch.
I finished eating quickly and was full, but... When I looked in the showcase, I was lucky because the rice balls were still on sale! So I bought it for dinner and took it home. Warm it up a bit in the microwave... The moment you put it in your mouth! Howl! Fluffiness of rice Just the right amount of salt the scent of seaweed Triangle of happiness! But rice balls! This is it! rice ball! Onigiri is profound!
