Sweet rice that has been cooked a little hard and is held in a soft and loose manner. We also use seaweed with a good fragrance. This is the most delicious onigiri restaurant I've ever eaten at. It may seem a little expensive, but don't compare it to convenience store rice balls...they're on a different level. The Gin Shari Musubi and Nori Musubi are not that expensive and you can really feel the quality of the rice balls here, so I recommend them.

I found this shop on my way to work. I like rice balls, so I have them occasionally. There is a wide variety of food and it is delicious. We recommend the wood ear mushrooms with chili oil. It's just personal. You can also choose the type of rice!
