More Comments at Google MapThis is an old-fashioned rice ball and Japanese sweets shop that has remained unchanged for decades. It's not as oily as it is at a convenience store, and it has a soft and gentle taste even if you buy it in the afternoon or evening. Japanese sweets come with paper packaging, rice balls that look like just seaweed and white rice come with handwritten notes, and a calculator is used to pay the bill... Nothing really has changed since then (in a good way!) The standard onigiri is chameshi, which has no taste and is easy to eat. I recommend mustard greens that have enough flavor to turn the rice yellow, but not too strong. As for the sweetness, I especially recommend the miso from Kashiwamochi, which is released around May, and it's so rich that you'll want to sip it! The budget for one person is around 500 to 1000 yen, and you can enjoy plenty of delicious rice balls and sweets. All products are basically around 100 to 150 yen. Prices include tax, so you can buy with confidence. Even large Japanese sweets and fat-rolled potato salad are reasonably priced at around 200 yen. Easy access, just a few minutes walk from the station. I really recommend it Normally closed on Sundays, but there are occasional holidays on weekdays. We only accept cash payments, but now that we've come this far, I'm starting to think it might be better to leave it as is (lol). This is the best shop that always provides delicious onigiri💪 It is no secret that popular items are sold out in the evening.
The prices are reasonable and everything is delicious. I go there when I feel lazy to make lunch or when I want to eat Japanese sweets. I think it's going to be difficult due to various price increases, but this is one of the stores that I would like to see continue.
Chahan rice balls were very delicious. The specialty is a bomb rice ball with a whole boiled egg inside. It goes well with rice due to its rich flavor. The price is also reasonable.
