The food here is delicious and good value, staff are very friendly. If you’re hiking up the Sengenyama course, Akebono Bento is on your way to the trailhead if you walk from the station so highly recommend them.

On July 7, 2023, after serving as a lecturer at the Ogawamachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry's "Work Style Reform" seminar, I parked my car in the parking lot of the town hall for the "launch" and returned home on the Tobu Tojo Line. The next morning, I had a hangover and had no appetite, so I went back to pick up the car. I bought isobe dumplings and a rare "Ume Daifuku". It was very delicious.

A shop with a nostalgic atmosphere that is now precious. Mochi is abundant. This is a great shop for those who like rice cakes such as karamimochi, red bean paste, and isobe. If you live nearby, it's a store you'll likely frequent.
