More Comments at Google MapOne of the BEST oniguiri (Rice Ball) shop in Japan!! Regular size is big enough which seems to be having one serving of regular bowl of rice. Not too expensive and reasonable for its size and quality. Ton-jiru/Miso soup and other small delis are also available. Only few seats for eat-in. Pre order by phone is also available. Be careful when you go by car as the road in front of the store is thin and has got restricted time for car traffic.
My daughter, who is in middle school, loves rice, and I wanted to give her something to eat before school, and I wanted her to have fun eating it, so I visited here with her mom. The store is clean and has a wide frontage, so it's easy to enter. Ordered cod roe, salmon, kelp, pork egg, and cheese bonito. After ordering at the booth next door, a lady will hold it for you, and even though it's a regular size, it's quite big (lol) It had a lot of ingredients and my daughter enjoyed eating it. However, the next customer asked for salmon cheese, and although it wasn't on the menu above, I later realized that it was on the menu in front of the cash register. My daughter seemed to like it (lol)
The variety of onigiri is limited, but all of them are packed with fillings and delicious. The food is made right after you order, so there is a wait, but you'll be satisfied with the warm food. It's convenient because the accounting is mechanical. The jumbo size is very filling. The most popular rice cake is chock full of cheese.
