Best unagi and nodoguro ever!

I visited this store many times when I was a resident of Okayama Prefecture. I currently live in Tokyo, so I don't have many opportunities to visit her, but if I have the chance to go back to Okayama for my hometown trip, I'm determined to go there. I love this restaurant so much that the first thing I do when I decide to go back home is make a reservation at this restaurant. The food served is far beyond that of an izakaya. It gives me a new impression every time I go. The meat is not at a level that should be served at an izakaya (a compliment, of course). When I leave the store, the owner always comes out to see me off. He is humble and has great hospitality. When I told him I was interested in the shop in the middle of nowhere, he showed me around the shop, just to see the atmosphere. Next time I'll make a reservation for Hanare.
