"Ozara" is a type of tsukemen made of dried hoto noodles soaked in cold water and eaten with a warm soy sauce-based dipping sauce. The ``Hoto'' is handmade using pesticide-free flour from Hokuto City (in the southern part of the country), and the soup is made with dried sardines, bonito, kelp, and Yamanashi's traditional additive-free Koshu miso, so it's not salty and salty.
