I ate menta yamasoba and burdock tempura soba. I ate soba with mentaiko for the first time in my life. The store clerk told me to mix it up and eat it, so I mixed it well and ate it. Easy to swallow. It was delicious and finished in no time. When the burdock tempura soba came in front of me, the tempura was hot and crackling. The performance was wonderful. Soba-yu was also rich and delicious. It was also wonderful that the BGM was "Royal Philharmonic Orchestra" (^^♪

It's the type where you put dipping sauce on it, and the soba noodles are thin and go down well, so it's very delicious and I finished it in no time (lol) It came with a spoon, and the ingredients were carefully cut, so I could see the meticulous work that was done on it. I also enjoyed the small bowl! I was surprised at how thick the last soba soup was (@_@;), and it was my first taste of it. This alone is a worthwhile soba restaurant. [Ginger soba] It is said to be a popular item. I don't often eat hot soba, but this is delicious! ! The flavor of ginger goes well with the cabbage and chicken ingredients.
