It uses Joshu beef from Gunma and onions from Awaji, so it has a very sweet and elegant taste. It was a very soft and delicious hamburger that I have never eaten before. There is an image that children like hamburgers that are hard and eaten with ketchup, but this hamburger gave me the impression that it is an elegant hamburger for adults. I felt that the sauce on it was probably using red wine (sorry if it's wrong). It is full-bodied and delicious. On the day I went, it came with fried lotus roots from Tokushima, which was also delicious. I could tell that the ingredients and tableware are very particular. I've seen reviews saying that people in stores don't wear masks, but to be honest, I think it's only in Japan that people still point out such things. We didn't really care. I think that kind of person should stop eating out rather than saying. I think it's fine to leave it as it is.

I visited with my family on Thursday around 6pm. I was finally able to visit the store that I had been curious about for a long time.
