A clerk at a beautiful store. Bright and energetic. Of course the udon is delicious too.

Dime Group's first udon specialty store Previously, "Ise Toyagai Shokudo" was located here, but that closed and this kamaage udon specialty store opened on June 5, 2023. Is the store name ``Ajitaro'' a reference to ``Ajihei'' from the same dime group? This time I had Kamatama butter udon (540 yen) and Kashiwa tempura (180 yen) (the butter melted before I could take a photo...) The udon noodles are said to be made with a unique blend of flour, so they have a very elastic and chewy texture. Kashiwa tempura was crispy and delicious without any sticky batter. The main dish is kettle-fried udon, but there are also other types such as kake-udon, ise-udon, and nabeyaki-udon. The inside of the store has been beautifully renovated, and there are plenty of seats for one person, so I think anyone can feel free to come in. However, the basic kamaage udon takes a little time to boil, so you may need to be prepared to wait during busy times such as around lunchtime. Also, it doesn't seem like you can make a large bowl of noodles (?), so if you're a man or someone who eats a lot, the volume might not be enough.

There are so many different types that it bothers me. The store staff are also friendly and kind. I want to go again!
