Udon made in house. Some of the best I've had in over a decade of living in the area. Great prices. Only negatives are limited parking, seating, and that they allow smoking.

I visited you on Sunday. The parking lot is full and I waited for about 30 minutes to come to the store. We ordered 5 pieces of Kashiwaten soy sauce and 3 pieces of Kashiwa Tenyudame. I wanted to eat local chicken oyakodon, but it was already sold out. The surface was also firm and chewy. Kashiwaten was also soft and juicy.

2023, 06 I visited this evening. This time I ordered Kashiwa Tenyudame for 830 yen and it was delicious♪ I heard that they offer fresh noodles to take home, but apparently they don't do that anymore. According to a magazine, it is number one in Japan. Two servings of raw noodles...but they aren't on sale. It's been a while since I last heard from you. Order Kashiwa Tenyu Dame (3 pieces, 830 yen) It was around 13:00, but the popular restaurant was packed and we had to wait for about 15 minutes, but the udon here is delicious. I would like to have it again.
