Ordering is quick and the wait time is normal. The cashier also kept me waiting even though I couldn't get the QR code to give me points due to some clumsiness on my part. While dealing with other customers, they responded promptly and with a smile, which made me realize that this is what the service industry is really like. The nearby Hotto Motto has disappeared, but I would like to use this one from now on.

There is a parking lot on the north side of the store. It was very crowded when I went there after 12:00 on a holiday, but I didn't have to wait that long because bento boxes were being made. It's delicious and cheap. Thank you.

I ordered this for a children's party event. It's OK to cancel in case of rain, and I'm very grateful that they deliver the order. The clerk was also friendly and pleasant.
